Via beinghuman_fans , there's an article about the SyFyllus remake of Being Human set in the US. Sounds like they're doing another Life on Mars by going from the same starting point, then going off on a different route. And they actually used the word "pacier" for the US version. [facepalm]

Now that the first series has finished on BBC America, I thought I'd indulge in one of my favorite hobbies... nitpicking the world building rules and see if they'd really "work" or are at least internally consistent.
